My DT card with squaddie scruffles


I decided to try something a llittle different this time...robbed hubbies old kit from the loft (he supposed to hand it back to get new kit lol oopsy), cut out 2 sized squares, frayed the edges (hope this can be classed as distressing coz my fingers certainly were when i'd finished lol) then stitched them together...i then decided to give my nesties a whirl and did the centre oval...still in hubbies kit lol alos stiched that on then added 2 eyelets and..would you believe lol...the string off the inside of his pants!! (trousers i mean and yes..they were washed lol)

I think i got a bit excited this week and entered ratherrrr alot of challenges lol and here they are....

'Allsorts' - animals

'Gorjuss' - stitches

'Oh Alice' - cards for a child

'sophisticat' - card for a child

'Ai Factory' - use buttons

'pile it on' - boys colours

'Belli challenge' - birthday card

'Stampavie' - distressing

'OSAAT' - card for a child

'incy wincy' - anything goes

    what a clever idea, i have cut round embroidered bits of girls jeans before now and put away for safe keeping. the card looks fab. is the kit still going back though or is that going to become more cards

    lol funny you should ask...it has been cut up for future use buttttt.....right now its layered up pretending to be embossing foam on my cuttlebug for a spellbinders nestie lol Army kit comes in handy for alot of things you know!! lol
